2. Booking and Reservations
To reserve a skip, clients must complete our online booking form or contact our customer service team. Reservations are subject to availability and must be confirmed through our system.
2.1 Reservation Confirmation
Upon successful booking, a confirmation email will be sent, detailing the reservation specifics, including the type of skip, rental duration, and pricing.
3. Pricing and Payment
Our pricing structure is transparent and competitive. Charges are based on the size of the skip, rental period, and the type of waste being disposed of.
3.1 Payment Terms
Clients must provide valid payment information at the time of booking. Payments are processed securely, and no skips will be released without confirmed payment.
4. Rental Period
The standard rental period is 7 days. Extensions may be requested subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
4.1 Pickup and Delivery
Delivery and pickup of skips are scheduled based on the agreed rental period. Clients must ensure timely access to the designated location for both delivery and pickup.
5. Usage Guidelines

6. Client Responsibilities

6.1 Site Preparation
The drop-off location should be cleared of obstacles such as vehicles, fences, and overhead wires to facilitate safe and efficient skip placement.
7. Liability and Insurance
Temple Skip Hire is not liable for any damage to property or injury resulting from the placement or removal of the skip, except in cases of direct negligence on our part.
7.1 Client Insurance
Clients are encouraged to have appropriate insurance coverage to protect against any potential damages or liabilities associated with the skip usage.
8. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Clients may cancel their reservation up to 48 hours before the scheduled delivery without incurring any fees. Cancellations made within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.
8.1 Refunds
Refunds for cancellations will be processed within 7 business days using the original payment method. No refunds will be issued for skipped services already rendered.
9. Termination of Service
Temple Skip Hire reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement if the client breaches any of the terms outlined herein.

Upon termination, the client must immediately cease using the skip and arrange for its removal. Any outstanding fees will be pursued through appropriate channels.
